Indio Arts is the love, sweat and soulcraft of Justin Telepak. He trained as a guitar builder but also enjoys creating furniture, lighting and functional sculpture. His brave new styles weave threads of Danish Modern with elements of nature and Sci-Fi.

When not in his East Austin wood shop, Justin can be found working deep in the jungles of Belize, Central America. He is the camp manager and a co-director of the Maya Research Program, an archaeological group focused on studying and excavating the world of the ancient Maya.
